Sunday Set-up
I know that Sunday is a weekend day for most, but I hate crash landing in Monday without proper food to sustain me, a good handle on the schedule for the week, and a rough idea of what time will be mine. My family is not good at remembering things - oh shiny! and they are off with no recollection of us having had a conversation about schedules, appointments, meal plans, and more. I receive myriad messages throughout the day of what are we doing this weekend, when will you be home, what time was (insert name here), and related. So we share a google calendar. It is on the web, we have smart phones, it can be accessed on computers, and it can be shared. We can schedule events and invite the others if they aren't around. We each have a color, so I can see at a glance who is busy when. We've added close friends and family to share calendars and I integrated my Rowan University Production Calendar into it too, so everyone is on the same page (at least that is the intention). ...
